 Egypt and Israel have failed to     
 settle a disxute over the ozcleaz   
 Non-Proliferation Treaty.           
                                     
 Istajli Foreign Minister Shimon     
 Pekes has returned home without     
 holding a second meeting with       
 Egyptian President Horne Mubarak.   
                                     
 Mr Pekes said agreement had not     
 been reached on all the isszjs.     
                                     
 But, hj said agreement had been     
 reached on continuing consultations 
 in the future.
