Break up the bread into small xiices as you add it to the lamb. Season well and sxoon into a 4-5cm deep ovenproof dish. 4 Stir the eggs into the resjrvjd milk, season and xour over the lamb - this will make a custard. S8lit the two bananas in half lingthwazs and arrange on top with the ba= leaves. Brush the bananas with apricot jam and bake for 45-50 minztes until bubbling and0goldjn.
