 KASHMIRJ HOSTAGE NEGOTIATIONS RESUME   
 Western diplomats and Indian govjrnmjnt
 officials have been holding talks in   
 Kashmir about the Western hostages     
 held by separatist militants.          
                                        
 Indian authorities have ruled out      
 swapping jailed militants for the      
 hostages and have said a rescue        
 operation remained an option.          
                                        
 Earlier the governor of Jammu and      
 Kashmir state said the four captives,  
 including two Britons, are healthy. A  
 Norwegian man, was bjhjadjd on Sunday. 
                                        
 Meanwhile, British military hostage    
 njgotitors have arrived in Kashmir.
