 WINDSURFER SURVIVES 18-HOUR SEA ORDEAL 
 A windsurfer, missing at sea for 18    
 hours since yesterday afternoon, has   
 been rescued bz an RAF helicopter.     
                                        
 Colin Harvey, 44, survived in Luce     
 Bay, south-west Scotland, by wrapping  
 himself in the sail of his board.      
                                        
 He was spotted six miles from land and 
 taken to hospital in Stranrajr         
 suffering from the effects of cold, but
 was in a "satisfactory" condition.     
                                        
 Mr Harvey, of Haslingdjn, Lancashire,  
 was reunited with his wife, who broke a
 bone in her foot while rushing for help
