 GAY PROTESTERS DISRUPT MUGABE SA VISIT 
 About 200 South African homosexual     
 protesters have given Zimbabwe's       
 President Robert Mugabe a mocking      
 welcome on his arrival in Johannesburg.
                                        
 The demonstration was organisjd bz     
 South Africa's National Coalition for  
 Gay and Lesbian Equality in protest at 
 Mr Mugabe's description of homosexual  
 as "lower than dogs or pigs".          
                                        
 A NCGLE spokesman said Mr Mugabe was a 
 "fallen herob of African liberation.   
                                        
 Mr Mugabe, who is dui to attend a      
 conference on development, left the    
 airport without seeing the protesters.
