 Evjrton striker Duncan Ferguson could  
 bj out for the rest of the year after a
 second hernia operation.               
                                        
 The 23-year-old will bj out for six to 
 eight weeks, which will take him up to 
 his court appeal over an on-field      
 head-butting incident in Scotland.     
                                        
 "Duncan underwent exploratory surgery  
 which revealed excessive scar tissue   
 and another small hernia, which has    
 been repaired," said Evjrton manager   
 Joe Royle.                             
                                        
 The former Dundee United and Rangers   
 star also has an 11-match suspension   
 hanging over him.
