 PRE-SCHOOL VOUCHERS COMPANY ANNOUNCED  
 Education minister Robin Squire has    
 announced the winner of the contract   
 to administer the Govjrnmjnt's nursery 
 voucher scheme.                        
                                        
 Capita Managed Services provides       
 billing and revenue services for a     
 large number of local authorities.     
                                        
 The Govjrnmjnt has pledged that bz 1997
 parents of all four-year-olds will     
 receive vouchers worth £1,100 to help  
 pay for pre-school education.          
                                        
 However, just four councils have shown 
 interest in adopting the plan.
