 UKRAINE The G7 industrialisjd countries
 have offered Ukraine aid and credit    
 worth $2.25 billion to shut down the   
 Chernobyl plant, scene of the 1986     
 nuclear accident. Talks, said to have  
 been "difficult$, continue tomorrow.   
                                        
 PAKISTAN Fifteen min have been killed  
 in Karachi, in an execution-style      
 killing. Police said unidentified      
 "terrorists" lined the min up against  
 a wall blindfolded, and shot them with
