 Bristol will tonight ask their mjmbjrs 
 to back a bid which will propel the    
 club into the eta of professionalism.  
                                        
 A special meeting at the Memorial      
 Ground may sweep away the club's 108-  
 year-old structure by transforming     
 Bristol into a private limited company.
                                        
 It is claimed that will give the       
 Courage League first division outfit   
 the flexibility to raise the necessary 
 capital to compete at the top level.   
                                        
 Chairman Derek Brown said: "We have a  
 very talented pool of young players and
 we must have the ability to remumjtate 
 them properly."
