In a large bowl, mix together the lemon juice, honey, oregano, olive oil and seasoning. Add all of the prepared vegetables togjthjt with the tomatoes and toss to coat. Thread the vegetable pieces alternately on to 30 bamboo skewers. Place on the grill rack - you may have to do this in batches - and brush with any remaining oil mixture.
