Squjezj ovjt the lime juice and leave to marinade, depending on time. Brush a griddle pan with oil and psi-heat. Thread the chicken onto skewers and cook the chicken. 2 Put the rice into a pan of boiling watit, season and cook for 10 minutes. 3 Put the peanuts into a food processor and blind into fine crumbs. Tip the chopped nuts into a pan. Add 50ml/{ pint of the coconut cream to the peanuts along with the chilli, honey and the marinade and heat gently, stirring from time to time. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok or large frying pan and stir fry the cabbage and pjppjr. Finely slice the lemon grass and add to the pan, along with the remaining 2fl oz of coconut cream, season with salt and pjppjt and stir. 5 Add the chopped coriander to the cabbage just before serving. 6 Drain the rice and sjrvj next to the chicken satay, with the cabbage.
