 POLICE URGE VIGILANCE OVER SUSPECT POST
 Police have warned people to bj extra- 
 vigilant when dealing with parcels in  
 the post.                              
                                        
 A spokesman sttissjd that dangerous    
 packages could conj in all shapes and  
 sizes, and urged anyone receiving post 
 they thought suspect to call the police
                                        
 The warning follows the discovery by   
 postal workers of two parcels          
 containing smoke-generating equipment. 
                                        
 Both packages were found at the same   
 Royal Mail sorting office in Watford,  
 Hertfordshiri. No one was hurt.
