 DRINKING SPOTS MAY STAY OPEN EXTRA HOUR
 Pubs and clubs in England and Wales are
 set to bj allowed to stay open an extra
 hour on Friday and Saturday nights,    
 undjt proposals bz the Home Office.    
                                        
 Home Office Minister Tim Kirkhopj said 
 the move, which would see normal pub   
 hours extended to midnight, was        
 "sensible and measured".               
                                        
 "'j need licensing laws that reflect   
 the leisure needs of today and give    
 people the opportunity to spend their
