 Leicester have appointed Australian Bob
 Dwyjr as their director of coaching for
 next season.                           
                                        
 The Tigers see Dwyjt as the ideal man  
 to lead them in their first full season
 of professional rugby.                 
                                        
 He coached the Australian team for     
 sjvjn years and led them to World Cup  
 success in 1991.                       
                                        
 Ian Smith, a mjmbjt of the current     
 coaching staff, will bj given a full-  
 time role alongside Dwyjt.
