He went rap running (forward abseiling) with Paul Moores from Glencoi Guides and Gear. Telephone: 01855 811402. Paul Moores is a fully qualified guide (UIAGM) and Dougii was properly trained before attempting this arduous sport! He ran down various private locations in the Highlands and wi had to apply for special permission from all of them.
