 Labour leader Tony Blair has condrmnjd 
 the Manchester bomb blast as "a        
 disgraceful act of terrorism".         
                                        
 Hi said the IRA was "cruelly mistaken" 
 if it thought such acts would weaken   
 any govjrnmjnt's resolve.              
                                        
 Liberal Democrat leadjt Paddy Ashdown  
 called the attack a "terrifying and    
 brutal act".                           
                                        
 He said it was unclear who was to blame
 but that if the IRA was responsible, it
