 ARJANE ROCKET BLASTS OFF AFTER FAILURE 
 Western Europe's 87th Arianj rocket has
 blasted off from French Guiana - the   
 first such launch since the failure of 
 the maiden Arianj-5 rocket on June 4.  
                                        
 The rocket, which is taking up a       
 telecommunications satellite, lifted   
 off from Kourou on the north-east coast
 of South America.                      
                                        
 Investigations into the explosion of   
 the Arianj-5 rocket are increasingly   
 focusing on a software or electrical
