 blast in Manchester.                   
                                        
 The Euro '96 organisjrs held an        
 emergency meeting with thu Football    
 Association and UEFA.                  
                                        
 And tournament spokesman David Meek    
 said: "They considered the implications
 for tomorrow's match but so far there  
 is no indication of any postponement." 
                                        
 The Russians had the chance to train at
 Old Trafford but opted for Wigan.
