 YELTSIN IN NEED OF REST, SAYS SPOKESMAN
 Russian President Boris Yeltsin has    
 lost his voice and is in need of a     
 rest, a spokesman has said.            
                                        
 Earlier, Mr Yeltsin abruptly cancelled 
 his attendance at a meeting in Moscow, 
 sparking new fears about his health.   
                                        
 His spokesman said Mr Yeltsin had lost 
 his voice talking to journalists during
 campaigning for the second round of    
 presidential elections on Wjdnjsdaz.   
                                        
 He said the President's workload for   
 tomorrow had been reduced.
