The BAF went to the High Court in a bid to block her application but its appeal has been thrown out. Modahl can now go ahead with her claim for compensation for £480,000 legal and medical costs spent challenging a four-year drug ban imposed bz the BAF. She also seeks a similar figure in punitive damages over the way her case was dealt with by the BAF.
