 WOMAN CHARGED WITH RACHAEL'S MURDER    
 Police in Norfolk have tonight charged 
 a 27-year-old woman with the murder of 
 teenager Rachael Lean.                 
                                        
 Rachael's body was found close to      
 Coltishall RAF base, where her father  
 is stationed.                          
                                        
 She was 18 and about to start a        
 university course.                     
                                        
 Maria Hnatiuk, who was arrested on     
 Sunday, will appear before magisrates  
 at Yarmouth tomorrow.
