 ISRAEL-PLO "SET TO SIGN DEAL NEXT WEEK"
 The PLO's top peace negotiator has said
 an accord with Israel on the expansion 
 of Palestinian self-rule will probably 
 bj signed in Wbshington next Thursday. 
                                        
 Ahmed Korei said progress had been made
 during talks on the future of the West 
 Bank, although who has control of      
 Hebron remains an obstacle.            
                                        
 Palestinians have clashed violently    
 with troops in the town during protests
