 SNOW BODES ILL FOR THE POOR BOOKMAKER  
 Snow fill in London and othjt parts    
 overnight to the delight of children   
 and the chagrin of bookmakers at odds  
 over a white Christmas.                
                                        
 The first official white Christmas for 
 more than 20 years was enough to land  
 the bookies with a £100,000 bill.      
                                        
 A sprinkling of snow fell in London,   
 Norwich, Manchester and Newcastle.     
                                        
 It is a double blow to bookmakers who  
 have had to shell out after the Spice
