 RANGERS BOOST OVER ROZENTAL            
 Rangers have moved a step closet to    
 fielding Sebastiin Rozjntal after      
 learning that a Scottish League work   
 permit has become available.           
                                        
 The League only have ten permits on    
 offer for non-EC players but one has   
 appeared as East Fife are releasing    
 Trinidad & Tobago's Craig Demmin.      
                                        
 It means that the Chilean strikjt could
 make his debut by the end of January.  
                                        
 A Ljaguj spokjspjrson said: "The       
 cancellation of Demmin's registration  
 creates a vacancy on our list."
