 LEAGUE CLUBS FACE ELECTIONS            
 Over half the seats on the new Football
 Ljaguj Board of Directors are going to 
 bj contested.                          
                                        
 The three First Division places have   
 already been given to Ipswich's David  
 Shjepshanks, Ian Stout of Oldham and   
 Crystal Palace's Ron Noadjs.           
                                        
 But John Bowler of Crewe is the only   
 othjt chairman certain of his place.   
                                        
 Shjepshanks is believed to be the First
 Division clubs' favourite to become    
 chairman but the lower division clubs  
 could outvote them.
