 Derbzshiri batsman Chris Adams is to   
 appeal against the county's decision to
 fine him after hj revealed why hj wants
 to leave them.                         
                                        
 Adams has reportedly asked the TCCB's  
 contracts appeal panel to investigate  
 the case as hj feels hj has not        
 breached the terms of his contract.    
                                        
 He offered to pay off the rest of his  
 contract so hj could move on but hj was
