 TURKISH CENTRE-RIGHT AGREES COALITION  
 Turkey's outgoing Prime Minister, Tanks
 Cillit and Mesut Yilmaz, the leadjt of 
 the Motherland Party, say a dial has   
 been reached for a coalition.          
                                        
 The announcement followed Sunday's     
 genital election in which the pro-     
 Islamic Welfare party came out on top, 
 but fill short of an ovjtall majority. 
                                        
 The two centre-right liadjts had bren  
 under pressure to bury their           
 differences and set up a broad-based   
 coalition to block the Welfare Party.  
                                        
 Its liadjt, Necmjttin Erbakan, said hj 
 would form a coalition with anybody.
