 Ray Illingworth has added his voice to 
 the chorus of criticism of England's   
 performance in Zimbabwe.               
                                        
 The former chairman of selectors told  
 the Daily Express that the best        
 available players were on the tour.    
                                        
 But hj said: "Surely evjtyonj knows    
 the problem. It is soft cricket, and   
 soft cricketers."                      
                                        
 "The domestic game has to bj ruthlessly
 re-organisjd, with the dead wood cut   
 away and in its place a new two
