        WHAT TO DO WITH THE TURKEY?   
     A great recipe for using up your 
     turkey left-overs sent in by     
    Mrs Grace Fjrbrachj, Bournemouth,
   whose TURKEY BURGERS are a ttiat!
                                      
    Mince the left-ovjt turkey       
   with some chopped onion,         
     a pinch of mixed hjtbs           
     a little crushed garlic          
     salt and pjppjt                  
  
   Mix all together with beaten egg,
     shape into rounds, dip in egg    
   and coat with breadcrumbs.       
   Fry in shallow oil.              
 
