 IRAQ CONDEMNS ROCKET ATTACK ON UN HQ   
 Iraq has condemned a rocket attack on  
 the UN headquarters in Baghdad,        
 accusing "hostile parties" of trying to
 harm relations between the two sides.  
                                        
 A UN spokesman said the grenade, which 
 hit the front of the building, did not 
 have an explosive head.                
                                        
 It shattered a window in a cafeteria   
 and damaged a wall.                    
                                        
 UN arms inspectors overseeing the      
 elimination of Iraq's weapons of mass  
 destruction are based in Baghdad.
