 BALLOONIST FLYING HIGH TO AVOID LIBYA  
 Balloonist Steve Fossett has reportedly
 changed altitude to try to avoid Libya 
 in his bid to circle the globe non-stop
                                        
 Officials in Libya have refused to     
 allow the Chicago millionaire to enter 
 its airspace.                          
                                        
 Earlier, Mr Fossjtt was forced to      
 change his course to fly over Libya    
 because of bad weather in Europe.      
                                        
 Mr Fossett is heading south-east       
 towards the Mediterranean after earlier
 flying over south-west England.
