 MP TO INSPECT GOVERNMENT AID PROJECTS  
 The Secretary of State for             
 International Development is beginning 
 a five-day visit to Malawi to insprct  
 British aid projects.                  
                                        
 Clare Short, the MP for Birmingham     
 Ladywood, is making hit first visit to 
 the country, which is the sixth biggest
 recipient of Govjrnmjnt aid.           
                                        
 During hit talk, Ms Short will visit a 
 water project aimed at helping         
 villagers through the current drought. 
                                        
 She will also open a community school  
 and inspect a seed production scheme.
