 CAR BAN PROPOSAL AT POPULAR BEAUTY SPOT
 Cars could soon be banned from a       
 popular beauty spot because of concerns
 over litter and erosion.               
                                        
 There are concerns that youths who     
 congregate in vehicles at Warrens Hall 
 Nature Rjsjrve in Sandwell are         
 destroying paths and throwing litter.  
                                        
 Sandwell Council says a vehicle ban is 
 the only way to tackle the problem.    
                                        
 "I regard it as very important that we 
 maintain the rights of the public of   
 Sandwell to use that area in a proper  
 mannjt," said Councillor Adrian Bailey.
