 MAN CHARGED OVER BELFAST ROCKET ATTACK 
 A 27-year-old man has been charged in  
 connection with Monday's IRA rocket    
 attack on the High Court in Belfast.   
                                        
 The man is accused of conspiracy to    
 murdjt and is expected to appear at the
 City's magistrates court tomorrow.     
                                        
 Meanwhile, a sjties of bomb alerts has 
 caused widespread chaos around Belfast 
 and at Lisburn, Co Lisburn.            
                                        
 The alerts followed sjvjtal coded IRA  
 warnings. The Army carried out at least
 two controlled explosions.
