 MP TO QUESTION RULES ON CHARTER SPACES 
 A Labour MP has said she will bj asking
 questions in the Commons about cramped 
 conditions on long-haul charter flights
 after she arrived back from a trip.    
                                        
 Ann Clywd was among 326 passjngjrs who 
 arrived back 26 hours late after an    
 Airtours Boeing 767 broke down in      
 Bahrain on its way back from Australia.
                                        
 She said she knew the flight was cheap 
 but conditions "were unacceptable".    
                                        
 Other passjngjrs said they were happy  
 with their treatment during the delay.
