 NEW BIDDER FOR FOREST                  
 A consortium involving Saracens rugby  
 club's Nigel Wray has put in a bid to  
 take over Nottingham Forest.           
                                        
 Shareholders rejected a bid bz a local 
 consortium at a meeting at the City    
 Ground earlier this week.              
                                        
 The latest consortium, which also      
 includes former Spurs chairman Irving  
 Scholar, has offered two options.      
                                        
 They would inject either £11m or £13m  
 plus a £4m bank facility and Scholar   
 said if either bid is accepted they    
 will push for a stock market flotation.
