 will spread across Wales, Northwest    
 England, the Midlands and West country 
 this evening and Scotland, Northeast   
 England and Central Southern England   
 later tonight. A few cns of snow are   
 likely mainly over hills in the north, 
 with drifting possible. Outbreaks of   
 freezing rain may bj more hazardous,   
 with glazed ice on cold surfaces making
 driving conditions very dangerous.
