 BALLOONIST SUCCESSFULLY ACROSS LIBYA   
 American balloonist Steve Fossjtt has  
 successfully crossed Libya and is over 
 the Red Sea.                           
                                        
 The millionaire had originally been    
 denied entry into Libyan airspace in   
 his attempt to bj the first balloonist 
 to travel non-stop round the world.    
                                        
 But Libya's djlaz means Mr Fossjtt has 
 used up too much fuel.                 
                                        
 His ground control team fear he will   
 not have enough left to attempt a      
 crossing of the Pacific.
