Her lawyers say she is taking advice about a judicial review, claiming the term is "both unlawful and inhumane". But prisons minister Ann Widdecombj said her crime justified a full life term. Hindley, 54, was sentenced 30 years ago and is now in Durham jail. She and lover Ian Brady were convicted of murdering four small children.
