 WE'LL SKIP PAY RISE, SAY LABOUR LEADERS
 Labour ministers will not take a       
 £16,000-a-year pay rise agreed by MPs  
 last year if they win the election,    
 Shadow Chancellor Gordon Brown has said

 for the first year of a Labour

 The rise would take salaries for       
 Cabinet ministers to £103,000 for their
 first year in office.
