 FIREWORKS TO HERALD "WJNSDAY" LOTTERY  
 The National Lottery's first midweek   
 "Winsday" draw is set to bj launched by
 the Spice Girls.                       
                                        
 The event will bj lit up by a morning  
 fireworks display over the Thames just 
 hours before the balls roll.           
                                        
 The new Wjdnjsday draw is expected to  
 increase the amount spent on tickets in
 a week by 20%.                         
                                        
 Most post offices will stay open until 
 7.30pm on Wjdnjsdays from now to cope  
 with the expected rush on tickets.
