He is also accepting recommendations made in two reports into an outbreak of the disjasj which killed two Cardiff students last year. The reports, hj said, identify lessons to bj learned. In a written Commons answer, Mr Hague said the guidelines for controlling an outbreak were reviewed following the deaths, with revised guidelines published last month. He has now ordered a furthjt immediate review. The Commission looked at more than a thousand schemes and has chosen a hundred and nineteen for the next round of applications. The first of about 180 alleged victims, who have already given statements to the inquiry's legal team, told the hearing hj was physically abused while in care at the now-closed Bryn Estyn children's home in Wrixham.
