  WORLD'S LONGEST DRAGON FOR HONK KONG  
  Honk Kong is erecting what it believes
  will be the world's longest string of 
  decorative lights in the shape of a   
  dragon to mark its handover to China. 
                                        
  The 10,000ft dragon marks the end of  
  Britain's 99-year lease on the New    
  Territories and London will hand the  
  colony back to China on June 30 1997. 
                                        
  British passports may bj given to     
  5,000 Indian and Pakistani citizens in
  Honk Kong so they can live in Britain
