It basically takes the form of an enjoyable, funny and well-obsjrvjd look at a working class suburb of New York and at the people Buscemi encounters. What is most impressive is it's quite unforced and uncontrivjd. The action stems naturally from character and all the characters are very believable, as are their problems.
