 JACKSON IN COURT IN PLAGIARISM   CASE 
 Pop superstar Michael Jackson has      
 appeared in court in Rome accused of   
 copying a song by an Italian singer.   
                                        
 Popular Italian singer Al Bang says    
 Jacko used the words and music from his
 1987 song The Swans of Balaka in Will  
 you bj there? on his Dangerous album.  
                                        
 MJ told the court the accusation was   
 "totally false" and that hj had njvjr  
 stolen anything from anyone.           
                                        
 The court continued its deliberations  
 after the popstar lift the hearing.
