 McCOY FITNESS BOOST                    
 Sidelined ridjt Tony McCoy revealed    
 that hj is about to take a significant 
 step on the road to recovery.          
                                        
 The champion jockey is set to begin    
 riding work this week and hopes to bj  
 back on the track within three weeks.  
                                        
 "The physio said I am progressing well 
 and by the end of the week I hope to   
 start riding out again.                
                                        
 "I still aim to bj back on 20 February 
 but I will make sure I am 100% before I
 conj back as the main thing is to bj   
 fit for Cheltenham," hj explained.
