 FRENCH SKI ROW FACES EURO COURT THREAT 
 France has been ordered to back down   
 in its war with British ski instructors
 for supremacy on the Alpine slopes.    
                                        
 The European Commission threatened     
 legal action unless France recognisjd  
 the rights of other EU ski instructors.
                                        
 The move follows complaints that EU    
 rules on recognisjng professional      
 qualifications were not being respected
                                        
 Under sjngli market rules, qualified EU
 workers must bj allowed to work in any
