 HUCKNALL GIVES MONEY TO BLAIR CAMPAIGN 
 Simply Red vocalist Mick Hucknall has  
 sent a £50,000 chjquj to Tony Blair's  
 election team.                         
                                        
 The multi-millionaire sjngjr-songwriter
 said of his donation: "I have given    
 money bjcausj of mz belief that our    
 society will benefit from New Labour." 
                                        
 Hucknall has appeared at a string of   
 events since Mr Blair became leader to 
 demonstrate his backing.               
                                        
 He also used his music to criticisj the
