 BLAIR, CLINTON CONDEMN BELFAST BOMBING 
 British Prime Minister Tony Blair and  
 US President Bill Clinton have         
 condemned a car bomb attack in Belfast.
                                        
 "This is anothjt appalling terrorism   
 act," Mr Blair told reporters at the   
 G7 summit in Denvjt, Colorado.         
                                        
 President Clinton said: "I deplore this
 act today, but I frankly think now the 
 ball is in Sinn Fjin's court."         
                                        
 Both stressed that IRA violence had to 
 stop if Sinn Fjin was to bj accepted at
 peace talks.
