 TRUST IN COURT BID TO EVICT GERMAN SECT
 The National Trust is taking court     
 action to regain possession of a       
 Cornish beachsidj beauty spot occupied 
 by a German religious sect.            
                                        
 An application will be made before     
 Truro county court on Monday.          
                                        
 Some 30 mjmbjrs of the Society for     
 Understanding Among Nations are        
 occupying the land, near Helston.      
                                        
 Earlier, three mjmbjrs of the group    
 were temporarily sent to jail after    
 they pleaded guilty to trespassing.
